Application Manager Usage Agreement

Application Manager mobile client use agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is the final and complete agreement between the user of the Software (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Chengdu MUYANG Technology Co. (hereinafter referred to as "MUYANG Technology") regarding the use of the "Application Manager" related services by the user, is the final and complete agreement between you and MUYANG Technology on matters related to the services of the Software. This Agreement will be legally binding on your use of the Software. You promise and guarantee that you have the right and ability to enter into the Agreement, and the installation and use of the Software will be deemed that you have known, understood and accepted all the contents of this Agreement. Therefore, please read carefully the terms of this Agreement, including the exclusion and limitation of liability of MUYANG Technology has been the description of your rights, if you can not accept all the terms of this Agreement, please do not install, copy or use the Software. Please make sure you have carefully read and understood the "Application Manager User Agreement" before using the "Application Manager".

User Terms：

1. The use of this software must comply with national laws and policies, and the application must be installed only with the knowledge and consent of the smartphone user.

2. Our products are free software, you should have the necessary conditions for the operation of this software product. At the same time, you should ensure the legality and legitimacy of your own use. You may not decompile, disassemble, or crack the software.

3. Not provided by MUYANG Technology or through the audit of the application, you download, install and use such applications may lead to unpredictable risks, resulting in all legal responsibilities and disputes are not related to MUYANG Technology, we do not assume all legal responsibility caused by this.

This Agreement may be updated by MUYANG Technology at any time, and the updated terms of the Agreement will replace the original terms of the Agreement once it is published without further notice. You can go to the official website of MUYANG to check the relevant terms and conditions. After MUYANG Technology modifies the terms of the Agreement, if you do not accept the modified terms, you can immediately stop using the relevant services, your continued use of the service will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.
